Shipping and Return Policy
If you’re shipping the binders to another location, and have printed material and/or discs included, do not place your contents in the rings. The product can be subjected to extreme abuse in some shipping environments and the rings in both Standard and UniKeep binders may stress under specific conditions and break. We suggest that you place the contents lose in the binder (do not load the rings) and/or shrink-wrap the binder and contents together as a package for shipment. Please call for any additional recommendations on other packing material the will assist in protecting your product in shipment.
Shipping and handling
UniKeep uses many methods for shipping. Expedited delivery is available for an additional charge. We are limited to shipping to the United States and Canada unless the order is placed through one of our partner sites (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.). Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
UniKeep proudly offers free standard shipping on all orders over $39.00 to anyone in the continental United States. On top of free shipping, UniKeep occasionally offers promotions such as entire order discounts and sometimes even gives away free products to subscribers of our Email List. Due to the high cost, we are unable to offer free shipping for any area outside the continental United States at any time and these shipping promotions are not applicable for these areas.
For standard delivery, please allow up to 2 weeks for standard in-stock orders to be processed and delivered. Most orders ship within three business days. Next-day and second-day service do not guarantee that the order will be delivered the next day or the second day, only that the order will be shipped via this method. Orders requesting expedited service that are received before 12:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, Eastern Time are typically shipped the same day. We reserve the right to substitute carriers as required.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Orders shipped to the state of Ohio are subject to state sales tax. All taxes and other charges imposed by federal, state, or foreign governments on the manufacture, sale, shipment, import, export, or use of the goods, or services (other than income taxes) shall be paid by the buyer. The buyer shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless UniKeep from and against all liabilities for such taxes or charges and attorney’s fees or costs incurred by UniKeep in connection therewith.
Credit card security
All credit card transactions are encrypted in the software when the order is placed by Authorize.net using 128-bit encryption. UniKeep never has access to your full credit card information and the information is never stored on our website.
Online return policy
UniKeep offers a 30-day return policy for all online orders. This does not include custom orders or items noted as closeouts. Items may be returned at the customer’s expense and will only be accepted if the product is received in original condition. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us at 800-829-8117 and speak with a customer service representative within the 30-day period for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will only be accepted with an RMA number issued by UniKeep Please inspect your order upon arrival. We are unable to accept returns after the 30-day period has expired. Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE and a 15% restocking fee may apply. Consult your customer service representative when you call in for your RMA number. You can also refer to the warranty information listed below.
Product return process
Please contact customer service at email@example.com, 800-829-8117, or fax: 937-645-4700 to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization).
For most efficient returns, please re-package the products carefully and securely in the original packing materials.
Make a copy of the packing list included with the shipment. Retain the original packing list for your records. Include the RMA # on the packing list copy and place it in the shipping box. Make sure that the RMA number is clearly legible and that previous address labels are removed or covered.
For your protection, UniKeep recommends that you return all products using a traceable or insured shipping method (i.e.: UPS or FedEx), as we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

UniKeep does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ Option. Credit card information is never retained in the cookies or on our website.

Suitability for any and all uses, purposes, or safe transport including optical disc storing, shipping, packaging, handling, is the responsibility of the customer to determine. All claims made, whether written, verbal or otherwise, by UniKeep or its Agents/Employees relating to product safeness or protectiveness is a guideline for the customer to verify through actual testing at the customer’s expense.
UNIKEEP MAKES NO WARRANTIES EXCEPT AS SET FORTH BELOW AND HEREIN. THE WARRANTY SET FORTH BELOW IS IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WARRANTY THE REMEDIES OF ANY BUYER FROM UNIKEEP (AND ITS LIABILITIES) ARE LIMITED SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY TO REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF A DEFECTIVE UNIKEEP PRODUCT WHEN THAT PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE AND IS RETURNED TO UNIKEEP WITHIN NINETY DAYS OF PURCHASE FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS UNIKEEP LIABLE TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER WHETHER ANY CLAIM OR POTENTIAL CLAIM IS BASED UPON THEORIES OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR TORT.
