3 FREE Printable Daily Planner With Time Slots – Free PDF Download
If you’re like me, it’s difficult to find just the right printable daily planner with time slots; sometimes I don’t like the design, the colors, the layout, or they don’t have a realistic amount of space to write.
After trying out tons of store-bought planners and free printable planners, I decided to go ahead and design my own. And why not share them with you?
How to Store the Printables
These free daily planners with time slots work best in UniKeep binders because these binders are durable and protective. Other 3-ring binders have rings that’ll rust and misalign with continued use, not to mention the edges of the pages are exposed, and nobody likes frayed and torn edges.
These binders have 100% poly rings that will last way longer than metal, and the binders are fully-enclosed so the pages inside are always protected during travel.
The UniKeep mini binder also doubles as a pen/pencil holder, eliminating the need to carry around a supply pouch that will clutter up your bag. Add a custom cover to the overlay if you choose.
You can get the A5 binder I used from Amazon here, or straight from UniKeep here (there’s free shipping either way). UniKeep binders to fit the 8.5 x 11 planners are also available! Find them .
These free printable daily planner PDFs are already sized for easy hole-punching. There are multiple color options, too, to match your personal taste or the color of your ring planner.
I picked up one of the A5 sizes because the smaller, purse-friendly size works best for me. But I also made standard 8.5 x 11 planner printables if you like to carry a larger agenda.
Accessories to Check Out
If you like to dive deep into planning, you might want to consider some accessories for your 3-ring planner.
Throughout the day, we all collect things; it’s just a part of daily life. Sticky notes and reminders, receipts, coupons, business cards, and more somehow find a way into cluttering up our wallets, purses, and cars.
I like to organize these scraps inside my ring planner using page protectors. I found tons of A5 size page protectors from the Etsy shop FizzyWire.
They have pages that are perfect for planner stickers:
There are so many different pocket shapes and sizes to choose from, making planner organization super easy.
With that said, let’s jump in and break down the three different free printable planner designs.
