comic collection, Storage & Organization
How We Gave Our Comic Collection the Storage Makeover It Deserved
Let’s be real: the standard in single-issue comic book storage, the plain white long box, just wasn’t cutting it for us. Sure, it stores single-issue comics, but at what cost? Hard to access, difficult to keep organized, and a total eyesore to look at – we knew our comic collection deserved something better!

📚 All Hail Case Binders
Discovering UniKeep’s case-style binders was a total game-changer for our comic collection. Lightweight, archival-safe, and stackable, they’ve become our go-to solution for storing and organizing single issues. Best of all, their flat spines gave us the perfect opportunity to create a system of custom-designed spine inserts that not only made it easier to organize single issues, but also made our comic shelves WAY more visually satisfying. With the easy-access case binders, we’re also much more likely to pick up a book off our shelf!
💊 Becoming Binder-Pilled
- Zines – we made a custom binder just for storing the monthly A24 membership zines
- Toy packaging – sometimes the designs of toy packaging are just too cute to toss!
- Recipes – it can be so difficult to cook while trying to reference a random TikTok recipe saved on your phone, so why not obsessively reformat every recipe into a custom set of binders for all your go-to meals?!
- Personal ephemera – a case binder became the perfect place to easily store all the menus, pamphlets, stickers, and paper scraps we collected during our 2023 trek through Europe
We are in no way affiliated with UniKeep…but we might be a little binder obsessed 😅
