I am a real estate agent and I use Unikeep for everything! It's an invaluable tool for keeping myself organized in the office and at home. But my favorite use is for my clients. I give each buyer an extreme binder. The first part I fill with information about each step in the buying process. The second part is where they keep information and notes about all the homes they are interested in. Once they are contracted with a specific house, this is where all the information and documents about that house goes. The final part is used to organize and store all their mortgage information. I also bring an extreme binder for sellers to each listing presentation. I take a picture of their house and put it on the cover! The first part is the presentation itself and my marketing proposal. The second part is information about the steps involved in buying and selling. The third part gets filled with contracts, offers, and all necessary paper work for the house. If they are also buyers, they get the largest extreme binder and the final two parts are used for information on the homes/home they are interested in and all their mortgage information. My clients LOVE having absolutely everything in one handy binder and I love having happy clients!
