UniKeep Rebate Extended!! details Office Depot Other retailers

We hope you all enjoy our contest entries as much as we do.  This month, we’d like to hear what you think about the entries and what you would like to see more of.  We can’t promise that we will actually get the entries you want to see, but we will post the results so everyone can read them!  After all, the entries come from you!

If you have questions regarding the contest, don’t hesitate to let us know.  The complete rules are published on the Awards Rules page.

Contest FAQs
How do I know you received my entry?
When an entry form or an email with the file attached is delivered successfully to UniKeep, you will receive an automatic email in reply.  If you do NOT receive this confirmation, your file has not been received.

How soon will my entry be posted?
Placing the files on the contest site is done by real people and we work as fast as we can.  Most entries are posted within 24 hours.  You can help us by making sure your files conform to the requirements and that you provide a thumbnail image, too.

Why do some entries have a description and others don’t?
You won’t get extra credit for adding a description of your cover, but it helps other users understand your intention.  If you write it, we usually add it, but all copy is subject to editing for spelling, grammar, space and appropriate content.

How will I know if I win?
Judging for a given month generally occurs within the first week of the next month.  We post the winners on the contest web site within two days of the judging and will attempt to email each winner.  Your official notification is when you receive your binder and check from UniKeep in the mail.  Please allow 4-6 weeks for notification, although we make every effort to process more quickly.

Why didn’t my entry win?
Judging is based on the criteria listed on the Contest Rules page.  If it isn’t a cover designed for a UniKeep binder, it won’t win. We like variety in the content, but ease of use, print resolution, and general aesthetics may all become factors in the decision.  We also like covers that propose unique uses for our binders, but we generally rule in favor of covers that will appeal to the largest audience.  The decisions aren’t always easy, but they are final.

This binder has been designed with the intention of assisting pre-school children with taking their first steps of studying at an elementary level. The colorful cover serves a reference for children learning the proper shape of each letter of the alphabet and the binder, as a whole, would allow children to develop skills in organization as well as in neatness.

What the judges said:
I really love this concept and the way that is was executed. It is a great cover for a young child!
