I belong to CERT ( Community Emergency Response Team ). It’s part of FEMA. Local citizens are trained to help themselves and then their community, county and state during an emergency. Many from NJ answered the call during the rescue and recovery after Katrina.
I haven’t found anything better. A regular binder would never do. The papers are kept neat and orderly. There’s no way for them to fall out or get wet. Our equipment is kept in a Police vehicle. All the necessary IC ( Incident Command ) paperwork and maps are kept inside the 1” binders. I brought two cases in two different sizes I knew others would want one after seeing them. Different colors for different contents makes things go even faster.

I use my UniKeep notebook to mail photos to my sister who is stationed in Hawaii, before I had it I would spend so much money on buying padded envelopes and now all I have to do is package wrap my UniKeep and send away.

As an officer with my school's Key Club (community service club), I need to keep member's attendance, hours, event info and other vital documents organized and easily accessible. The unique, completely-enclosed design helps to keep me from losing any information and is sturdy enough to take the abuse of numerous beach clean-ups, feeding the homeless, etc., where it gets covered in sand, spilled food, and other items, but keeps the contents inside clean. Thanks UniKeep!

I am a want-a-be artist. I've tried several mediums such as water colors, oils, acrylics, calligraphy, and pastels and they all have different instructions, pallets, and supplies. My different colored UniKeeps keep my research, photos, papers, and instructions organized and they don't get paint on them.

I bought a house earlier this year. As a first time homeowner, I soon realized I knew absolutely NOTHING about everything. Between the fix-it-ups and the decorating to-do’s, I was clueless. Since I was only able to really work on my house during the weekends, I started to feel overwhelmed with everything I needed to do and keeping track of all the little scraps of paper I was using to write down my plans and ideas.
In order to save my sanity, I purchased a UniKeep binder and several pocket tab dividers. I divided my home into individual parts, designating a pocket-tabbed section to every room in my house, including my front yard and back yard.
With my binder properly organized, I simply put all my to do’s, ideas, and notes into each of the appropriate sections. Any loose papers or receipts, I would simply put in the proper pocket to deal with at my convenience. Paint samples, project flyers, fix-it-up hints, and magazine clippings are only a few of the things you can find in my book: each put in it’s proper section. Now, during a weekend project, I have everything I need right at my fingertips.

I recently got married and my UniKeep was my life. All my important papers, (i.e., receipts, program, important numbers, etc.) were in it. Now that the wedding was a big success, I'm using it to organize my plan of owning my very own daycare!!!!!

I use my binder to keep separate the care and treatment of my 8 dogs and 2 cats. Each has their own section with name, date of birth/arrival into family, vet visits, shots, etc. and a photo
Thanks

I am an avid gardener. I have my own greenhouse and grow my own plants. Each year I order seeds from many different suppliers. I use my UniKeep binder to keep track of all my seeds, planting dates, notes and the articles I print off of the Internet. Everything is in one place and I don't lose important info. It is also easy to take along to the nurseries and on holidays should I find a neat greenhouse!

As a counselor for high school seniors, there is a flood of paperwork each year. I use UniKeep binders to organize and hold my senior newsletters, student transcripts, scholarships, and other items of interest and benefit for my students in a large, urban school setting. My UniKeep binders keep paperwork safe, organized, and easy to find at a moment's notice as I assist hundreds of seniors with thousands of questions!

One of the many ways I used the UniKeep binders is that I have one in my
garage. It contains sheet protectors with all of the User Manuals for the tools and yard equipment - so that it is handy and keeps dust off the actual instructions themselves. I use dividers to divide up the different types of equipment to make locating the information quick.

I just love the UniKeep for my scrapbooking. I have put page protectors in one, and use them to organize my stickers and labels for scrapbooking. I can put lots in the pages, and since it closes up tight, I can even leave some out of the protectors without worrying that they will get lost. Since there's no bulky metal rings, this is not too heavy to carry around with my supplies to scrapbook crops. My friends want them, too, for the same purpose (scrapbooking). By using different pages, you can store various embellishments. We use the pages made for baseball card books, but the pockets aren't quite right for everything. The closing-up feature is perfect for scrapbooking supplies. Your prices are perfect, also.

My child is in day care and comes home with a lot of little artwork. He is only 2 and I’m trying to keep everything he makes for me at day care, so in my Unlike binder, everything is in one place and I can remember where I put it, as well as make an awesome coversheet! Thanks UniKeep for keeping my aspiring artist’s work and me organized!!! Thanks again!

I am a Girl Scout leader and UniKeep is priceless in keeping my registration forms, health forms, permission slips and troop meeting plans organized! I would be lost without my UniKeep!

Although I use UniKeep binders for my job and to keep my IAAP records, the best use is at home. My sister has multiple sclerosis and spends most of her time in a chair or wheelchair. She loves to craft and makes quilts and cloth dolls. She uses the UniKeep binders to keep all the small pieces of her patterns and quilts in place. If she is working on a project and drops a piece on the floor she isn't able to pick it up. If she drops the binder, nothing slips out as it would with a conventional binder -- with the Unikeep binder, all the small items can be kept in place.
Thanks!

I have been doing my family genealogy, and to keep track of which family I am working on I keep them in my folder marked with their last name, and since UniKeep is perfect for these projects, I can keep my desk in order and I am able to get the right folder quicker instead of having to search all over for the right folder and make sure it's what information I am looking for. With the Unikeep folders I am able to put more in them, and they are a lot slimmer and they stack so well. Thanks for coming up with a great Product as these they have made doing what I love easier

I have a big UniKeep binder and I put twelve pockets inside and label them monthly. When a bill arrives, I note the due date and file it for that month. I also stick cards-birthday, anniversary, etc. inside so when I do bills it reminds me to get that months card prepared to send out as well.
