I just wanted to update you on my recent Unikeep order. I was very  pleased at the timely and well packed manner in which they were shipped  and arrived. I also would like to share what happened with them...

I ordered these binders to send my doctoral dissertation to my examining committee (the group of professors and professionals who read  and then ask questions of your research at an oral defense--meeting  where the 5 examiners ask the doctoral candidate to "defend" their research/dissertation). At the defense yesterday, a couple commented on how unique the binders were.

After the defense, the  committee members who have made comments on their copy of the dissertation return their copies to the researcher/defender to make any  necessary/requested changes. As they were preparing to hand the binders  to me, I told them they could keep the binders if they wished.

You never saw a group of professors and professionals so thrilled! They  jokingly said that if I had told them that at the start of the defense,  I wouldn't have even had to defend! (It was a successful defense with  great questions and lots of dialogue. I wouldn't have given that up for  the world--or the binders!) Two of the committee, in addition to being  professors, also run  an organization or the head of a huge  training dept. at a huge organization. They requested order  information, which I will be passing on to them today. My guess is that  you will probably see additional business from them. And, now that my  doctoral studies/dissertation are complete, I will also be returning to running my consulting practice where I will find further/additional  uses for your products.

  Best wishes,
  Laura F.

My granddaughter will soon be 3 years old and loves to learn.  I’m organizing her preschool education in UniKeep View Case Binders and absolutely delighted with your products!!!  My daughter will be able to keep the Learning Units organized by both age and category while we jointly help our little treasure learn.  For example:

One binder is the home for flannel board pieces made of Pellon (a fabric-like substance).  I photocopy the story patterns onto white paper then trace the patterns onto Pellon and color the pieces with coloring pencils (some folks use crayons but I like pencils better).  Then the pattern pieces are cutout and ready to use.  Think about children sitting in a half-circle in front of the teacher and a flannel board – now, as the teacher reads the story, she (or one of the students) places the various Pellon pieces onto the flannel board to illustrate what’s being read.  Children can also use the Pellon pieces without risk of tearing.  Now here’s the trick … the photocopy page is three-hole punched to become the home base for the Pellon pieces … and it all fits into a UniKeep view case binder!  Do you want to hear, see, and feel “Goldilocks and the Three Bears”?!  Or how about singing “Itsy Bitsy Spider” while putting the Pellon pieces onto the flannel board!?

Another binder will be the home for story cards … used like flash cards for a variety of stories.  I photocopy the cards onto white card stock paper, color them with crayons, laminate the front of each card then they are organized by story in regular envelopes and all kept in the binder marked “STORY CARDS” … genius, don’t you think!!??

Another binder will be the home for stick puppets.  I photocopy the puppet patterns onto white card stock paper then color them with crayons and laminate the front of each paper puppet then glue the puppet onto sticks (flat ones like tongue depressors available in any craft store) … and all stored neatly in a UniKeep binder!!  How about a puppet show?  “Three Billy Goats Gruff” or “Three Little Pigs” or … see how the list keeps growing??!!

Another binder will be the home for glove puppets.  Made much the same as stick puppets except a Velcro dot is placed on the back of each puppet.  Then small kid-sized gloves are prepared with the receiving Velcro dot on all four fingers and thumb.  Another set of gloves for Mommy to use in storytelling and another set of gloves for Grammy.  Hooray!  Let’s tell a story!!!!  Let’s use our glove puppets!!!!  The largest UniKeep case binder is used for these teaching/learning units because the gloves are also kept ready and rearing to go!

Well, that’s all I’ve thought of so far and I’m sure more ideas will come along as I work with the multiple intelligences early childhood education.  I can’t wait to see my granddaughter’s eyes when she opens a UniKeep binder to start a learning unit!!!!

Thanks, tons, for inventing such a marvelous product!

A very happy Grammy,
Myrna G.

Being a daycare provider I use UniKeep to keep all my daycare children's important paper work together, My Daycare Tax papers organized and to put all my newsletters and menus for each month to parents in .

It's official...I'm a UniKeep convert for good. I'm enrolled in a  Mystery School exploring the esoteric mysteries of the Druids and the  mythos of the Isle of Avalon. I use a UniKeep 2 compartment Extreme binder to keep my course study material and personal journal  separated, yet contained an easily accessible. The first compartment  holds my study material, and the second holds my personal reflections  on my progress.

Materials are divided by subject using those wonderful tabbed pocket  dividers, and I use the "sticky" CD holders to store my meditation  CDs in for safekeeping and easy access. I love everything about these  binders, and can only make one suggestion -- a handgrip along the  spine of the Extreme binder would be a nice touch. Otherwise, this product rocks, and I'd never go back to a  conventional binder again! Thanks for making such a great product!

I use my UniKeep to organize all of the paper work my children bring home from school. I have a new one for each month. Then, at the end of the year I keep all of the best work they brought home and make one binder for each school year!

Thank you,
Laurie M.

I have one set up for each child. And I start a new one each grade they start. It is great going back to review the 1st grade and 2nd grade binders.

I had an internship this past semester and another one this coming fall semester. I was getting graded upon how many projects I completed in that semester's time period. I kept the completed projects and their assignment sheets in one section and the other section held all the 'to be completed' assignment sheets. In the completed project section I was even able to divide up my projects into sections depending upon what skills I was using.
When I showed the finished 'portfolio' to my supervisor at the end of the semester she was very impressed both by my organization and my completeness.

Thank you UniKeep for helping me nail an A+ in my internship!

I am so excited that I finally found your web page.  I bought about 6 case binders a year and a half ago at Staples.  I went back this fall to purchase more and could not find them, nor did the sales people know what I was talking about.  I teach nursing at a community college. I have approximately 10 lectures for each semester.  I began using your system and had a case binder for each lecture.  I loved the case because it all stays there. I printed out a “cute” cover for each case and they are standing in my bookshelf for easy access.  I have my notes and I keep a storage disk with my PowerPoint lecture in each case.  I just grab and go.  Recently, I had an Illness and one of my colleagues had to fill in for me.  She loved the organization and the ease of my class because it was all together. It helps to have the ability to enclose it all so nothing gets lost especially if I have been given an article that I want to read later.  I love the system and I have just order 6 more cases so I can further organize future lectures.  I knew I could find you….. I just love the new colors too.  Thanks

I am a student and pop copies of each chapter of text, plus my notes, plus my revision AND the relevant floppy into one file each. Fantastic

I manage my household budget!  A place for all my bills, receipts and calendars.  By using it this way I have learned how to be one month ahead on all bills each year.  I keep my monthly bill calendars together, work everything on a four-week basis (ignoring the months with a fifth week, start back at week one instead) and at the end of the year I am one month ahead on all bills.  It has worked out great.

I also manage my home school!  I keep all information, lesson plans, and forms together this way.  Everything is where I need it when I need it.  That way there is no scrambling around trying to find the information I need to finish a lesson, or trying to find the forms I have to mail in at the end of each month to report for my home school.

Thanks,
Charlene C.

I’m a uni student and as every knows there is always a bunch of work and assignments going on, with my UniKeep folder its easy to keep each subject in order while still keeping all my work together, cheers.

UniKeep keeps me organized a lot. I am a student at Edgewood Academy and need to have a handy binder. This way when I'm doing all my courses the binders are a good way to keep them all organized. For instance, I use one binder for A-day and a 2nd binder for B-day. that's how UniKeep binders have helped me.

I have a son in middle school who can go through 3-ring binders like nobodies business!  I stumbled upon your product (1" view binders) at Office Depot and thought I would give it a try. I am so glad we did. Not only do they stack better, fit in his locker and book bag better, easier to carry and they are still in great shape! Not one set of the rings is broken, bent or falling apart! What a find!

However, I am having trouble finding where to buy your 1.5" view or case binders. I see them on your website but the "where to buy" locations don't show that they carry the 1.5" binders. Do you have any suggestions? The 1" binders are just the right size for most of his subjects but we need a couple of the 1.5" too. HELP!

Thanks!

Being a college  student majoring in Legal Administration, I always have a lot of projects going on. If not for UniKeep, I would be lost. Unlike regular binders, the papers stay where you put them. I even introduced the paralegals and attorneys teaching my classes to them and they love them too!!

Hi, my name is Lisa and I'm a college student at the Art Institute of Washington. I’m probably being a massive geek by doing this but I don’t really mind it, I was in a office supply store looking for a binder...some where just plain and just boring...then I spotted this little cute white box.

I just wanted to thank you guys for making an AWESOME product. I have the clear white view case binder and it has served its purpose. Being a college art student, I got tired of carrying around the same old binder. With the view case, it not only allows me to put my funky art stuff in the clear plastic folder in the front but it helps keeps me organized and helps me from loosing all my papers for class. I used to have a regular binder, and I would sometimes loose my homework or even worse, the ring would bust open and all my papers would go flying out right as soon as I needed to get off the train. With YOUR binder, I don’t loose anything, it keeps me organized, looks better on me, and to top it off its inexpensive for all college students. I've gotten plenty of comments about it so far , and it’s only been one day since I got it. So I just wanted to express my excitement to you guys. That’s all, I look forward to seeing what else you guys come up with.

VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER,
Lisa

This is great for my books! I print out my books and put each on in a cute, nifty binder.

I use my binders for everything. The most important thing is, I keep most of my little boys school work and keepsakes. I’ve done it for preschool, kindergarten and now 1st grade. I also keep his report card and progress reports in them nice and neat, and of course I have a monthly budget I use them with for bills and paperwork. What’s nice about it all is I can keep them right on my bookshelf.
Thank you for your time.

As a student and Administrative assistant at a up and coming not for profit company, I am always trying to keep everything in order, letters, homework, proposals, emails, love letters and everything between and beyond. Binders definitely keep me in control of my life and my business.

Hi! I'm a senior at Miami Jackson Senior High School, in Florida. For those seniors like me, who are preparing to head out for college next fall, organization is immensely important. That's why the UniKeep binders can help to get everything in order for the high-school-to-college transition to be as smooth as possible, ranging from college applications, to financial aid/scholarship forms, and all other sorts of paperwork that involve many other aspects of making that huge step of starting college. Hope this idea is useful!

Right now is an important time in high school. I use the unikeep binder to keep all my SAT information in an organized manner. I have alot of notes that it holds nicely, and paper information from school that I can't lose. This binder keeps all my information in extreme order! Organizing things keeps my mind clear and un-cluttered!

I am a nontraditional online student.  I am also a Mom with 2 boys still at home.  The only way I can keep my school papers and assignments organized by using my UniKeep binders.  I use one for each class and boy has it made a difference in my ability to keep things moving along.  I use the different sections for papers I am working on, the print out from the online assignments, the notes that we print out from online, etc.  Before I spent as much time trying to find the right papers for the right class as I did in doing the assignments.  Now it’s all right there and right at my fingertips.  Thanks so much for this product!!!!!!!!

Get a 3 hole paper punch and zipper storage bags. Punch holes above the zipper area and insert in the binder. You can use various sizes depending on your needs, paper clips, pencils, etc.
