I belong to CERT ( Community Emergency Response Team ). It’s part of FEMA. Local citizens are trained to help themselves and then their community, county and state during an emergency. Many from NJ answered the call during the rescue and recovery after Katrina.

I haven’t found anything better. A regular binder would never do. The papers are kept neat and orderly. There’s no way for them to fall out or get wet. Our equipment is kept in a Police vehicle. All the necessary IC ( Incident Command ) paperwork and maps are kept inside the 1” binders. I brought two cases in two different sizes I knew others would want one after seeing them. Different colors for different contents makes things go even faster.

It keeps my household organized.  I use it for a date book, I keep up with all my lists and coupons, bills, and whatever else that is for the household in it. I keep a section for schedules, not only for appointments, but also household chores.

I subscribe to lots of magazines and love to read them.  I use UniKeep binders to prevent magazine pile-up – I tear out recipes to put in one binder, craft ideas for another, and home decorating or design ideas for another.  I have my own personalized do-it-yourself library.

Kathryn

I keep my pics of all my shoes in a UniKeep binder and they are numbered to match my boxes and I just go through the pics to decide which shoes to wear with what outfit.
Demetra

I keep Tax records in a binder, vehicle records in a binder, bills to be paid in a binder and emergency and phone numbers for quick reference in a binder. They are the greatest for organization and very neat looking. I just love them. I could use one for recipes, insurance papers, social security info, medications and Dr. visits and etc. they are just great to have. Thanks for keeping me organized, and for your web site.
Terrie

being an internet junkie I really need the UniKeep binder to keep track of my endless lists of web sites and love to keep those congratulation letters when I win those instant win contests. I need to keep track of the thousands of freebies I request so I don't get greedy and request the same stuff. I play endless games and I just have to print out my scores (when there good of course) I named it my personal internet log.
Thank you,
Judy

Since becoming a stay-at-home/ Landscaping business owner, I found many uses for my UniKeep binders. One I use for business receipts, another for business expenses, another for customer records and work performed, then there are home uses, monthly bills and important papers, craft patterns (mostly crocheting or sewing), recipes, photos, holiday creations and so on.  I must tell you WITHOUT my UniKeep binders, I think disorganization and chaos would live here, Definitely. I LOVE MY UNIKEEP BINDERS. Thank you.

Sincerely,
Joanne

I have so many login names and passwords that I could never begin to remember them all.  When I become a registered member or user of a site and need to create a User Name and Password, most web sites send you as confirmation notice, which includes the information you need to log-on.

I print off the confirmation page which has everything you will ever need to know about the web site and put them in alphabetical order in my UniKeep and then I am free to delete the email message that they sent.
Theresa M.

have like a dozen binders that I use in one I keep all of my sons important information, like his shot records, DR. app. and things like that. I also cut pictures out of magazines and put them in binders. lol

The UniKeep Binders are a great organizational tool for my family of 4. We each have our own binder and our important papers are organized in each. When we need to locate something it is always at our fingertips.  Another binder would definitely come in handy for our household papers.

just recently got into "couponing".  All the coupon organizer I found were either too small or just not attractive enough for me.  I use the divider tabs and media disk pages to help keep my binder neat and organized!!!

Thanks!!
Angie

I use them for "Monthly Bills", to keep track of water, electric, telephone etc in. Also use to keep track of all Dr. appointment, with test results, cost &  paid receipts. Family member has cancer and into one folder I put all information from clinics, Dr's into that special one. If an emergency should arise I grab that one. Mortgages and Bank papers into another. Family reunion information ( need two for both sides of the family). I have one that has a copy of our living will with all family and relative phone numbers and contacts.  Also which songs to be sung, and all funereal home and burial information. One I use for computer contacts (family and friends) along with any other information as to warranties for printers, computers, etc.

Thank You

I am a Special Olympic Coach, Volunteer Coordinator for Special Olympics, member of Civitan and a mother and grandmother.  That means lots and lots of paperwork, pictures and memento's to keep sorted.  UniKeep does the job for me.  Each  item goes into the UniKeep and I never lose anything of value.  I actually feel and I guess I really am organized.  Haven't lost anything in quite some time now, so thank you UniKeep.

Hi,
I use the UniKeep Binders to keep my diabetic papers organized, like pages telling me date and time when I tested my blood and wrote it down and when I took my insulin. This really helps to keep it all in one place.  So I would really like one of your binders.
Thanks
Nancy

I have several horses, UniKeep binders help keep both me and them organized. I keep everything from shot records, vet appointments, blacksmith/fairer visits, de-wormer schedules, and feeding charts.  This is all for the horses, not to mention my schedule of doctor appointments, work schedules, and many other misc. duties.

Thank you.
Lori

I use my UNIKEEP binders for all my medical records, prescriptions and doctor receipts. This way I can find current prescriptions as I am on 20 different types daily, right at my fingertips. Doctor appointments and receipts are in another part, so I can quickly find my next appointment and payments that I made. Also in another section I keep my medical records, procedures accessible. This convenient storage system for me allows me to keep all records together and current. Come tax time I have the records for that year in one place.
Carrie

I use your binders to organize my recipes. one each for : dinners, breakfast, baked goods, bbq, side dishes, ice cream maker, etc... Makes it fast and easy to get my hands on  what I need and I use sheet protectors to keep them clean. When you use full sheets for recipes there is lots of room for comments and suggestions on what to change next time.

thanks!
Kat

I am a Girl Scout trainer, and I use the UniKeep Binder to hold my outline and handout for the training that I am teaching.

I bought a house earlier this year.  As a first time homeowner, I soon realized I knew absolutely NOTHING about everything.  Between the fix-it-ups and the decorating to-dos, I was clueless.  Since I was only able to really work on my house during the weekends, I started to feel overwhelmed with everything I needed to do and keeping track of all the little scraps of paper I was using to write down my plans and ideas.

In order to save my sanity, I purchased a UniKeep binder and several pocket tab dividers.  I divided my home into individual parts, designating a pocket-tabbed section to every room in my house, including my front yard and back yard.

With my binder properly organized, I simply put all my to do’s, ideas, and notes into each of the appropriate sections.  Any loose papers or receipts, I would simply put in the proper pocket to deal with at my convenience.  Paint samples, project flyers, fix-it-up hints, and magazine clippings are only a few of the things you can find in my book: each put in its proper section.  Now, during a weekend project, I have everything I need right at my fingertips.
Terry

I use my UniKeep everyday. I have 4 children. Each one has there own UniKeep labeled with their name on it. in the UniKeep I keep all of their personal information in it, just in case if one has to go to the hospital, or we have to evacuate I will have all their information with me. Thank you for making my life easier.
Patricia

One of the many ways I used the UniKeep binders is that I have one in my garage.

It contains sheet protectors with all of the User Manuals for the tools and yard equipment - so that it is handy and keeps dust off the actual instructions themselves.

I use dividers to divide up the different types of equipment to make locating the information quick.
Laura

I use my binder to keep separate the care and treatment of my 8 dogs and 2 cats    each has their own section with name, date of birth/arrival into family, vet visits, shots, etc.  and a photo
Thanks

Karen

"UNIKEEP" keeps me organized, so far, three different ways.
    1.    Since I have numerous pets, I've ordered the "Full Wrap Cover" binders that allow me to personalize each folder. I place their photos on the side strip of the UniKeep binder then add a larger photo on the front of the cover. This way, when visiting the vet, I just take one folder along with me instead of all of their records in one large book.
    2.    I keep one folder for my important papers that need immediate attention.
    3.    I have a take-along-folder that carries my mail to be mailed and any other errands that need attention for that day.  The folder stays on my front seat.  Papers, bankbook, mail, dry cleaner receipts, etc. are easily gained access to.

By using these folders, I actually know I am more organized and less stressed with clutter.

Thank you.
R. R.

I use my UniKeep organizer to keep a record of everything we own in the house and keep it in the fire proof filing cabinet that way I can keep track of everything in case of a fire or burglary.  I use separate ones for each room in the house.

Thanks,
Kimberly

I manage my household budget!  A place for all my bills, receipts and calendars.  By using it this way I have learned how to be one month ahead on all bills each year.  I keep my monthly bill calendars together, work everything on a four-week basis (ignoring the months with a fifth week, start back at week one instead) and at the end of the year I am one month ahead on all bills.  It has worked out great.

I also manage my home school!  I keep all information, lesson plans, and forms together this way.  Everything is where I need it when I need it.  That way there is no scrambling around trying to find the information I need to finish a lesson, or trying to find the forms I have to mail in at the end of each month to report for my home school.

Thanks,
Charlene C.

I love to cook and I cook almost every night. I had recipes scattered from one side of the house to the other. I would tear one out of a magazine or the newspaper and just leave it lying around. Then I got a UniKeep Binder, now all of my recipes are in one place. I've organized it with pockets, dividers and plastic inserts to keep them clean when cooking. I also know that I'll like every recipe in my UniKeep Binder because I put it there, no more flipping through recipe books to find that one recipe that I liked, now they are all together in my binder!
Thank you!

Stacy O.

I love your binders.  I use them in my kitchen to hold pages and pages of recipes that I cut out from magazines and that my friends and I share.  I use plastic page protectors in the binders, so everything inside and out is easy to cleanup.  I love watching my categories expand and now have a whole binder devoted to cookies, and one entirely devoted to soup and salad.  I started with one binder, and now I am up to 8.  Each has a pocket holder in front to hold unfilled recipes in that category.  Every so often, I make new pages, like a scrapbook for food.  A favorite feature is that they stack so well.  My cookbook shelves are so much neater than with a 3-ring binder.

Thank you for beautiful products.
Susan P.

I'm making a cookbook for my 2 Granddaughters and I keep their recipes in a UniKeep. I'm doing this for them for when I’m gone they will have something to remember me with....

THANKS UNIKEEP

I have a lot of medical conditions/illness. I use UniKeep products to keep all of me information in one area. I am able to break my medical information down into different categories (lab work, Primary Care, etc.). This enables me to bring all of my important information with me when consulting with a new specialist.
Catie S.

I keep all of my bank statements in a UniKeep  binder.  That really helps if I have a question about a particular check being cashed.

I also keep all of my important papers in the UniKeep binder.  I keep job applications in one also.
Thanks,
Deborah D.

I have three teenage girls that are involved in everything. The each has a binder so that I can keep all their papers, appointments and such organized. I don't know what I would do if not for the binders!

Stacey R.

I enter tons of contests online and by mail each month.  I use a binder to keep track of all of my entries as well as contest codes, UPC's and winning notifications. I would love to send you a picture but I have not won a digital camera...yet!

My son is in early intervention and has several therapists coming to the house and I use the binders to keep the papers in order.  One for each therapy, makes it easy to find them when needed.
Jessica

I have a big UniKeep binder and I put twelve pockets inside and label them monthly. When a bill arrives, I note the due date and file it for that month. I also stick cards-birthday, anniversary, etc. inside so when I do bills it reminds me to get that months card prepared to send out as well.

Being a senior citizen I depend on UniKeep binders.  I use different binders for Social Security, Medicare, Insurance, Medical Records and Retirement.  And a different set for my husband.
Joyce A.

I use my UniKeep notebook to mail photos to my sister who is stationed in Hawaii, before I had it I would spend so much money on buying padded envelopes and now all I have to do is package wrap my UniKeep and send away.

I just recently purchased several of the conventional-type metal-clip notebook binders from a retail outlet here in my local area, along with only three (1-inch capacity) UniKeep VIEW CASE BINDERs. Guess what!!!  I'll be returning the metal-clip binders for a refund, simply because they're not as practical as yours for my intents and purposes.

After viewing your (line of) products on your "UniKeep-dot-com" web site and reading their respective descriptions, my personal sentiments towards same is as indicated by my screen-name:R8EdBestYet!!!

Keep up with your great work(s)!  I will be buying lots more (of the aforementioned) for both my personal and business needs!

Sincerely yours,
Edward J. W.

3 ring binders are ok, but somehow, when one puts everything into a sealed UniKeep binder, the container is no longer a binder of various paper, it transforms (on a metaphysical level) into a "concept" – a binder containing an *idea* rather than a mess of papers. Plus it keeps the dust out! :-)

Dear Most Fabulous UniKeep People who have liberated me, permanently, from the tyranny of paperwork, so that I can live a less stressful, happier, more productive, peaceful and creative life. I recently visited your web site and saw my letter to you on the customer comments page.  Upon reading it, I noticed that, although it appears to say all one human being could possibly say in favor of a mere organizational tool, I still can not resist telling you AGAIN how much I love UniKeep binders.  I suspect that my passion for organization may be somewhat unusual, but I just can't restrain myself from re-expressing that my life has been transformed by this one, simple product.

Paperwork has been the bane of my life.  I tried everything, and before UniKeep binders, I just COULD NOT get it all organized.  I tried everything, but the papers were still piling up in jumbles, and I was still wasting time searching for important information, not to mention losing it altogether. Now that I use UniKeep binders for ALL my paperwork, I live in a perfectly organized house, in which I can find ANY paper at ANY time, from an obscure receipt for some product I bought last year, to this month's bank statement. I can find the name of the movie I saw in December because I have a binder labeled "cultural events" and I slip movie ticket stubs into its clear plastic trading card pages.  I can carry around yoga schedules in a .5" View Case binder and keep it in my car, so that if I want to find a class on a whim, I have all the information in front of me-- not to mention a picture of yoga poses that serves as the front cover to the binder, inspiring me to go to the class!

Here is part of an e-mail I was just writing to my friend N, who is also mentioned in my first letter:
I think that UniKeep binders are the best invention in the history of  paperwork, not that I haven't mentioned this before.  I can see my whole shelf of UniKeep in the cabinet, and it is unbelievable how convenient and perfect they are.  Three ring binders in my cabinet would be impossible because they are triangular, plus they would be full of dumb, easily-breaking metal rings, plus they would not be able to hold stuff in a box if I didn't feel like hole-punching them in.  Wow do I love UniKeep.  I definitely need more of them, I am going to order them right now!

I went to the Univenture web site, or, as I call it, organization Mecca! They have a new binder with two compartments, so you can have paperwork in one half and pens, a calculator, or whatever little tools you need on the other half.  I could put my calligraphy papers on one side, and my brushes and ink bottle on the other!  (I measured the ink bottle-- it would fit!)  I could put my taxes on one side and   calculator on the other!  I could stuff loose receipts on one side and then have clear photo pages on the other

side!  (I slide receipts into write-on photo pages, so I can label "medical," "supplies," etc. underneath, and then just slip them in where the photos would go).  Unbelievable-- my life will be EVEN more UniKeeply organized!!!!!!

I know that one day, UniKeep will be the standard and three-ring binders will be as old-fashioned as records.  Sure, three-ring binders, like records, will be kind of vintage and have a certain nostalgia appeal, but we all know that records skip, break, and warp, just as three-ring binders are the wrong shape (triangular), made with the wrong ring material (metal), with the wrong kind of sides (open).  What uses will the world find for all those old binders anyway?  UniKeep are 100% recyclable, not like those old clunkers.  Three-ring binders are definitely 20th century paperwork technology and I am just grateful I live in the 21st century, in the world of UniKeep.  And why do I live in the world of UniKeep?  Not because it is just the natural process of evolution, but because of the vision, creativity and hard work of the most fabulous people at Univenture.

Sincerely, your life-long UniKeep fan,
Melissa S.

I use the binders to sort all the warranty information for the purchases in my home. It makes it easier than to sort through a large pile of papers that are in no order whatsoever.  When an appliance breaks, sometimes time is of the essence.
Sue G.

sew my clothes and keep my customized patterns in your boxes with a picture of the pattern on the outside.   This way, the pattern pieces don't get as creased as in an envelope and they are much less vulnerable to wear and tear...I also keep samples of fabric and notes with the patterns.

Another use is for my pattern making software disks and documentation....and I have room for notes.

All my sewing classmates want them !

TRIP planning

We're using a binder to keep our summer trip information together.  The maps, coupons and plans we've made all fit and are kept in one place until we are ready to go.  Then while we are traveling, we'll have a place to put all the ticket stubs and postcards, etc that we collect along the way.  A great way to keep our trips organized.  Cyndi M

By organizing all my travel information and particularly my "wish list" of pamphlets and maps of places I want to see!
Jan D.

I use UniKeep binders to organize all my travel information.  All maps, hotels information, restaurant list, travel tips and advices from different cities or countries are categorized into different binder.  Every time my friend asks my travel ideas or advices, I just go through the binder for quick reference or just lend them the binders.  My place becomes a mini travel library now!
Agnes

I just returned from our trip to Japan and Korea (we used the UniKeep binders for Korea as well). The binders went over well in Japan and Korea and of course I'd be happy for you to use us as a testimonial. I'd also be happy to send you one in English - just thought you might find the Japanese script interesting. If you need additional details from me about our trip please let me know. Thanks and keep the great products coming!!
Jason

When I had to move from Atlanta, I used the binder to store all the records from the move.  I did not use any fancy covers...just the plain and simple binder with its snap-shut closure and the translucent white color.  The interior stubs for hole-punched sheets were a plus for invoices.

If I had a RED binder right now, I would be planning to use it for Valentine's Day!  But, I will not divulge that information on how I would use it until I actually had the RED binder.

James B.

I use the binder for my 4 year old in the car. I printed off some dot to dot puzzles and such put them in the clear sheets. She has markers and can do them over and over again and they wipe off easily. Everything is neat and together and easily changeable when she gets bored. I have in the past put tic tac toe games, travel bingo (so she can cross off things she sees) letter practice and coloring sheets. All neat and organized easily storable and entertainment is at hand.

Ginger H.

I use your binders to keep my recipes in and separate by colors. Yellow for deserts, green for supper, red for lunches, etc.

Russ M.

Hi,
I am an artist and I work on more than one project at a time. Most of the work I do is on 8 x 11 sheets. So, I have a binder for the ones I'm currently working on, one for the pics I'm finished with, and one for idea's for new projects.
This way I'm always in control of what I am doing or about to do, Not to mention they are protected from spills and so on. They also keep me from moving too far ahead of myself and finishing projects before I start too many new one.

Aunita T.

Throughout the year I keep all my receipts and necessary tax items in UniKeep folders. After I have my taxes done, I put all the various size papers together in a larger folder and all I have to do is write the year on the outside.  Once I have my taxes done then I can reuse the smaller folders for the current year.  Everything is neatly together should I have to retrieve something or have to check on something from one year to the next. Thank you for a wonderful simple tracking system.

Johnny M.

Well, they sell this thing called a Baby Briefcase for $30. It comes will little folders to hold all the papers that you get from the hospital, birth certificate, social security card, etc. But $30, come on, that's just too much for something just because it says "Baby" on it. So I made my own. I toke a 1 inch case and put folders and sheet protectors in it. This holds all the same items that are in the "baby briefcase" and I can personalize mine just the way I want and need it. It closes completely and stands just the way I need it to on my desk. It is much easier to find things in than the alternative. I don't have to file through things, I can just flip from page to page and it is right at my fingertips. LOVE IT!!!

Thanks,
Shannon B.

As a new mom, I keep all of the baby's 'things' together in the binder. I keep things such as photos, papers from the day care (with footprints or hand prints) little items such as ribbons from packages or small decorative items and other memorabilia together in a UniKeep binder, until I can do a scrapbook page for the month mile stone in the baby's life.

Teresa

I use the binder is to keep recipes together in one place. We decide as a family what we will be having for the week and I can place all the cards together in one handy place that will keep them dry and prevent them from being misplaced.

Having the binders are a life saver, they are convenient, easy to use, and perfect fit in my kitchen. What a wonderful product to use.

Teresa B.

Our pastor provides us with a template to utilize for his weekly sermons.  I utilize my Unikeep binder to assist me organize my notes as a devotional guide.
