I use UniKeep binders to organize scrapbook items (newspaper clippings) for my new granddaughter and photos and information.

My most important use is keeping clippings, headshots, resumes, auditions, sides and an expense log and pertinent information for my daughter's aspiring acting career.  It really helps to have everything all in one place in a compact way to carry everywhere.  It looks cool, is convenient, organized and also spontaneous.  Thanks so much!

As an avid knitter, I have collected many single patterns and leaflets over the years.  I use UniKeep binders to keep my collection completely organized… I have binders dedicated to different types of patterns (clothing, accessories, baby things, home) as well as binders for specific designers and class worksheets.  Without your binders I’d never be able to find what I’m looking for in mast vast collection!

Since becoming addicted to your binders for my knitting patterns I’ve purchased more to use for household items such as mortgage paperwork (love your new legal size!!!) recipes and home improvement projects. Your tab dividers with pockets make it easy to quickly store clippings to be paged and filed later.  Thanks for keeping my life in order, UniKeep!

Best Regards –
Mary

I have been cross-stitching forever! I like to "kit up" the projects that I'm going to be working on. I gather all my supplies, fabric, floss, and pattern and the 1" UniKeep is a perfect fit. It helps to keep my projects clean, tidy and organized.

Hi, there - I have been collecting Hallmark ornaments and other collectibles of theirs for years and I keep my reference pictures in the binders.  I have one with tree topper pics, one with stocking holders, one with pins, etc.  I store the pics in clear page covers so I can see what the item looks like.  I mark those I have with a colored dot on the page cover and that enables me to know at a glance which items I still want.  I then include all of the pictures in a group (like the pins, for example) in a UniKeep.  According to the size of the particular group (number of items available), I use almost all the different sizes that are available.  I love the order it provides for my collecting, the UniKeeps are easy to use, and convenient to store.  Why would I want any other kind of binder!!!!

Thanks – Pamela

I use my UniKeep binders to organize all my loose and favorite recipes. I collect cookbooks and recipes, using the binders to categorize and keep them from being damaged when using a specific recipe. I can pull out just the recipe I want or use the complete binder as I would use a cookbook.

The binders are neat, easy to use as well as file in. They offer GREAT protection against spills when used with page protectors and tabbed dividers.

Thanks for such great products and choices!

I'm a stamp collector. I use UNIKEEP binders extensively to organize and store stamps; I sometimes stick to them directly.
They are awesome. Thanks to UniKeep!!

I do genealogy, and I am a archiving my family's photos and documents.  UniKeep holds my photo storage pages, and encloses them safely in a box to protect against water and dust.  I can also use different colored binders to color-code different branches of the family.  It's the perfect product to preserve your family history!

My daughter uses it to keep all her music notes organized. She belongs to an air cadet squadron and is in the band so she really needed something like this. She loves it so much that she has even asked for one for school. A major accomplishment! Previously she was messy and unorganized. Now her school papers are neat and she can find what she needs in a second!

I keep interesting Web sites and contents of pictures so I may easily reference china backstamps, silver marks and other interesting information all to do with my antique china business.  In a different folder I keep requests from people who want a particular item and a photo, if we have one, for the more difficult to find items.  I also keep a folder for 'china patterns' so when a client comes in looking for a pattern by name (they are not always correct with the name) we can i.d. the pattern by a picture.   You may be interested to know that I bought my 3 folder from an American person (returning home) who had a Garage Sale in my city in New Zealand.

I like to use my binders to keep track of how my 4-H members are doing in 4-H.

I am the Fundraising Coordinator and a coach of two different sports in the Ontario Special Olympics Organization, so plenty of paperwork every day to keep in a safe, reliable place.  UniKeep does that job for me.  I have extremely confidential medical profiles on all my athletes with their medications and any other important information that may be required and UniKeep helps me keep everything needed in specific places that are easily obtained.   Thank you UniKeep for making my busy life, much easier to handle.

I use my binders to keep photos, notes, drawings, past research articles and anything else that I need to go with a UFO sighting case. This way all the information, I have for that particular sighting is all in one place. All the information is available to others in the group that needs access to it. For me using the UNIKEEP Binders makes my research much easier without having to hunt around for all the information, research notes, photos et al, that go with a particular case. Everything is secure and stored in one place, no more missing pieces!
Thanks- Carrie

I am a wannabee artist.  I've tried several mediums such as watercolors, oils, acrylics, calligraphy, and pastels and they all have different instructions, pallets, and supplies.  My different colored UniKeep keep my research, photos, papers, and instructions organized and they don't get paint on them.

I create handmade greeting cards and I use my UniKeep Binder to organize and store all of my cards by theme.

I use my binder to keep swatches of material, thread and measurements with a sewing pattern I have used. I also fasten an extra button in it. This way I always have one available and also have a sample if mending or replacement is necessary. No more rooting through boxes and files for the necessary details. They are all in one place.

Being an avid quilter with a lot of ongoing projects I use a separate UniKeep Binder for each project.  I keep my notes and books or patterns for each project in the binder.  I like the fact that I can put the name of the project under the overlay and when I am done I can easily remove the name and use if for a new project.  I also like the way they stack up flat so you can find what you are looking quickly.

My stitching canvases and instructions were all over the place before I found UniKeep binders.  Now every project/teacher has a binder and I pull what I need in an instant. Clutter is down, I have more stitching time and I'm on the way to organization.  Thanks.

I love to write poetry and short stories.  My UniKeep binder keeps everything organized.  My poems are separated into 4 sections: Love, Friendship, Life and Fun.  My short stories are separated into 2 sections:

Love and Suspense.  I love traveling with the UniKeep. Because it keeps my written creativity together and in an organized plan.  Before the UniKeep, I had scattered papers, poems, and rough copies all over my room.  I would also always loose a piece of paper or poem on the way to school or work or leave it on the bus.  Now, nothing is ever lost or misplaced; everything is nicely organized for my unorganized scattered student life! I absolutely love it and would love to have another one for my school subjects!

Thank you!
Irina

My boyfriend uses the UniKeep for his maps. He is an amateur astronomer, and really likes the UniKeep because they keep the maps dry as well as flat and protected from the elements.

I do all sorts of arts and crafts projects, including lots of paper crafts. I use my UniKeep binder to store and file all of my smaller pieces of paper. It really helps me to organize them by fiber, pattern, etc., and allows me to quickly find just what I need.

I am an avid gardener. I have my own greenhouse and grow my own plants. Each year I order seeds from many different suppliers.  I use my UniKeep binder to keep track of all my seeds, planting dates, notes and the articles I print off of the Internet.  Everything is in one place and I don't lose important info.  It is also easy to take along to the nurseries and on holidays! (Should I find a neat greenhouse!)?

I just love the UniKeep for my scrapbooking. I have put page protectors in one, and use them to organize my stickers and labels for scrapbooking. I can put lots in the pages, and since it closes up tight, I can even leave some out of the protectors without worrying that they will get lost. Since there's no bulky metal rings, this is not too heavy to carry around with my supplies to scrapbook crops. My friends want them, too, for the same purpose (scrapbooking). By using different pages, you can store various embellishments. We use the pages made for baseball card books, but the pockets aren't quite right for everything.  The closing-up feature is perfect for scrapbooking supplies. The one thing that would make them ~more~ perfect is to make them in a size that would accommodate the 12" x 12" paper we use in scrapbooking. Also, if you could offer a variety of organizing pages that would hold different supplies/embellishments, you could make a lot of crafters very happy. Your prices are perfect, also.

I am a quilter and a crafter. Many stores and websites offer free patterns. I print them out and keep them in a UniKeep in sheet protectors under the corresponding subject tab. This helps to keep me organized when I'm trying to find a pattern to make. That way I don't have to search each website over and over to find just the right pattern. Thanks,
Peggy M.

I like to keep my recipes and scrapbook supplies like paper in UniKeep binders.

I am a knitter and I have many patterns that I keep organized with UniKeep binders.  I can sort my patterns and then I can easily find the next project!

I have been doing my family genealogy, and to keep track of which family I am working on I keep them in my folder marked with their last name, and since UniKeep is perfect for these projects, I can keep my desk in order and I am able to get the right folder quicker instead of having to search all over for the right folder and make sure it's what information I am looking for. With the UniKeep folders I am able to put more in them, and they are a lot slimmer and they stack so well. Thanks for coming up with a great Product as these they have made doing what I love easier.
Kathryn

I get patterns of plastic canvas and needlepoint projects off the Internet and the UniKeep binder helps me keep them organized.

Just wanted to share with you the way I like to use my UniKeep binder...
I just started learning to paint with the One-Stroke painting method, by Donna Dewberry. This binder holds the reusable worksheets and teaching guides! Very easy to take a page out to use, and the binder keeps them all in perfect condition. The cover is great to use as a work surface to practice painting on the guides!

Thank you,
K.D

Thank you so much for the awesome gifts I really do love them. I will be using them for my 4 kids Scrapbooks instead of the ones I bought. I will also use a couple of them for my personal use, like storing my poems that I've written, as well as some of my drawings. You know these UniKeep binders have endless uses.  Oh let me tell you this, when I opened up the boxes my youngest son who is 16 ask me, " Mom what in the world are you so happy about getting these plastic boxes" I told him son, these are just not some plastic boxes they are "Treasure Boxes". Of course he had to reply by saying "yell sure mom they just look like plastic boxes to me", then I opened one and told him see I told you they weren't. I made the mistake by telling him he could use them to store CD's that made him ask for one, but before he took it he said, where do I put my CD's at? (Smile.) I end the conversation telling him I would show him how to store them. Once he gets older and see what I've created out of the UniKeep binders, then he will realize what I meant by Treasure Boxes, because to me they will hold our families of treasured photos. Once again thank you so much.

Yours truly,
Judy T.

I hybridize different types of plants. These binders are perfect for keeping all my information on specific plants neat and organized. I love them!

I am a scrapbook artist who uses a lot of rubber stamps in my work. I also belong to a monthly scrapbooking club called Club Scrap (www.clubscrap.com) who send out one or two stamps in each kit and also sell coordinating mounted and un-mounted rubber stamps as one of their added features. Recently I chose to un-mount all my wooden stamps for storage reasons (too many wooden blocks - not enough craft space!).

Along with my now un-mounted stamps, I have some that have never been mounted. They are commonly referred to as UMs (unmounteds). UMs are usually purchased as a sheet of 5x8 rubber with many designs on it. I cut them each out and then paint Aleene's Tack it Over and Over glue on the back. When the glue is dry, the stamp is ready to use by adhering it to a clear acrylic block. The advantage to using UMs is that you only need one or two acrylic blocks instead of tons of wooden ones.

When I am done with a design and want to put it away for safekeeping, I clean it and then stick it onto the front of an 8.5x11 page protector with plain white cardstock inserted for stability. On the back of the cardstock of the facing page protector, I have stamped the images for identification and organization. The page protectors full of UMs are stored in a 3-ring binder with a zipper closure to prevent any small stamps from falling off and getting lost in transit.

A few months ago I found the 1" UniKeep® View Case Binders at Sam's Club. I started using them to store my stamps and found I could organize them better. They are also easier to store on my shelves and I like that I can insert my own cover design and spine label. I went back to Sam's Club today to get more but they didn't have them. I hope more are on the way...especially the colored ones!

If you would like to introduce your binders to a great group of scrapbookers around the world (hint, hint), I would encourage you to contact Club Scrap. They include product samples and/or fliers from many companies to all their members in the monthly kits. I believe they currently have close to 5,000 members (or more). The members are always looking for new storage solutions.

Slainte (Gaelic for Cheers!),

I'd like to point out that UniKeep binders are the perfect solution for the storage of the photographic materials generated by professional, fine art, and other serious photographers. I'm talking about negatives and slides in plastic sheets. Your binders are ideal for archival storage of precious and valuable originals.

The black binders are best because they block light that may damage the images. And of course the view binders allow you include a contact sheet or printed cover to identify the contents on the inside.

Photographers who have heeded the call to digital can use the media disk pages to hold their archive CDR media in a UniKeep binder. Then they can store digital contact sheets, such as those generated by Photoshop or digital asset management programs, right alongside the disks that hold those images.

Photographers don't have to worry about corroding metal parts or dust and ozone carried by moving air. They can even include contact prints, punched with 3  holes or not, because of the enclosed design.

In fact the beauty of the UniKeep solution is that you don't need to punch poles in your contact sheets because the enclosed box design allows you to include loose sheets. Most of my contact sheets from the pre-digital era don't have margins around the images to allow for 3-hole punching. Also the rigid box design prevents my negatives and slides from being pressed together as they would be in most 3 ring binder products, which makes me feel better about stacking the binders or squeezing them together on a shelf.

Thanks for a great product!
Kevin

Hi, I'm a first year college student (University of Florida- Go Gators!!) and I know you're gonna think I use uniKeep for my classes, but actually, I am a scrapbook-a-holic and I use them to keep all my scrapbook stuff together! Scrapbook supplies can be expensive, so to keep the papers from getting bent up and ragged edges, I put them in my UniKeep and they look like new when I am ready to add a page in my albums. Thanks UniKeep!!

I am a textile artist. I have a stash of unusual buttons, small embellishments, and fabric motifs (that I have backed with fusible web and cutout).  I keep these items in the pockets of trading card sheets & document protectors in notebooks. This is an easy way to sort them and to quickly flip through the collections to see what items I may want to use in my art.

I use my UniKeep binders to organize my needlework projects.  The 2 compartments are perfect. One compartment holds my pattern and fabric in page protectors.  The second compartment holds my skeins of thread in what are called stitchbows, which are basically page protectors for thread.

Hi, I hate to throw away fabric that is too small to use in sewing.  By placing the small pieces in UniKeep easy view holder, I often find just the right color/pattern to wrap a gift or line a drawer, etc.  Without the UniKeep product, I would just toss these scraps as they would become winkled in a storage box.

Thank you,
Deb O.

I know this is not an unusual use for UniKeep.  I just want you to know I'm one of your biggest fans and have trumpeted UniKeep to anyone who will listen.
Being retired, I travel to new places a couple of times a year.  Whether the trip is short or long, the photos pile up when I get home.  Thanks to UniKeep and plastic sleeves, I can keep the pictures organized, one UniKeep per trip.  Someday I hope to have the time to design various covers for them, but in the meantime, the trip title on the cover and spine makes me feel I'm heading toward organization!

Thanks for UniKeep!

I use my binder to transport started bead projects. I am a jewelry designer and times when I need to go somewhere and take a project that is started, I use my UniKeep. I put a bead mat in each one so the beads don't roll around. ( I have taped closed the holes for the binder rings.) I can store finished projects in a UniKeep for safety, no tangles, no jumbled mess. When I go for jurying I stack the UniKeeps and the Jury is impressed, each piece has its own box.

Thank you,
Kim J.

I am a photographer and I like using them for my customer filing.   I can put my client's negatives, proofs and any other information that I need for them.   It is a convenient and very organized way to keep up with my clients.
