Hi!! We use our UniKeep to organize all of our business papers, tax information, bank account statements and cancelled checks as well as all of our important business insurance papers and correspondence. I thank god for it because I am the bookkeeper for the business and when I need a receipt or a bank statement he had a habit of just pointing to the pile of papers on the desk! I don’t know what I would have done without it!
THANK YOU!!!

I use the 1.5" binder for my calendar/planner pages, which are 8.5" x 11". There's room for a year's worth of pages, plus additional tabbed sections for phone lists, schedules, notes, directions and activity plans. Also, there's space along the edge for my multi-color pen/pencil so it's easy to enter information when needed. I keep a clear slash pocket folder at the front to hold notes/invitations/etc. until I enter them on the calendar. Then, I can 3-hole punch them and organize them in the tabbed sections. The UniKeep binder keeps my essential information protected from moisture and prevents pages from falling out when my calendar is shuffled from car to desk to client to everywhere. Everyone who sees it asks where I got such a great binder.Note: I often tell people about my first calendar binder which I dropped and actually broke (twice!). Two of the binder snaps that keep the paper in place broke off, but the pages never fell out or became mixed up. Even damaged, the UniKeep binder worked!!
Thanks,
Susi P.
P.S. My company sells a calendar pad (50 weekly pages) that fits the UniKeep binder, so I often bundle 2 sets of pages with a binder and offer it at a package price. Although I usually have the 1" binder in the set, many people have opted to upgrade to the 1.5" when they see the difference.

It keeps all my daily recordings and all the other paper work that is involved with my Day Care I run. Without it the business would be a mess, and I wouldn’t know where to look for what I need.

I PERSONALLY have a SMALL space where I keep as my "Corner Office" of sorts. Binders ARE A GREAT way to keep me Organized for such things as what Correspondence that I MUST Catch up on (Keeping the NEEDED Correspondence Organized By IMPORTANCE OF COURSE!), and also Other such things that your other Readers do such as Recipes, Patterns, Coupons, Bills, ANYTHING that NEEDS to Be Organized. I like to do Certain Projects like going to www.siteforsavings.com and getting Addresses for VARIOUS Commissaries AROUND the World to send my UNWANTED Manufacturers Coupons to Commissaries Around the World as the Soldiers do NOT Receive Coupons in their Sunday Newspapers and MUST Live on 1 MONTHLY Check to Support themselves AND THEIR Respective Families (Spouses, Children.) so the Coupons that I CAN Organize AND KEEP NEATLY TO SEND TO THEM (UP TO 6 MONTHS EXPIRED.) AND ALSO give one of my Neighbors "Labels For Education" for HER Nephew to take to Elementary School to help the School out is Great as this HELPS me to Organize WHATEVER I NEED to have for Supplies (Labels, Coupons, Envelopes, ETC.)for these 2 worthwhile causes along with whatever other NEEDS that I DO HAVE IS GREAT! With Limited Space for MYSELF it is a great way to organize the space that I DO HAVE for myself! Thank-You so EXTREMELY MUCH to ALL for the Ideas!

I own a pizza place that has delivery; I use your product to hold all my delivery maps, that way nothing gets spilled on them etc.

I keep interesting Web sites and contents of pictures so I may easily reference china back stamps, silver marks and other interesting information all to do with my antique china business. In a different folder I keep requests from people who want a particular item and a photo, if we have one, for the more difficult to find items. I also keep a folder for 'china patterns' so when a client comes in looking for a pattern by name (they are not always correct with the name) we can i.d. the pattern by a picture. You may be interested to know that I bought my 3 folder from an American person (returning home) who had a Garage Sale in my city in New Zealand.

I'm on a condo board, I use my binder to keep our rules, regulations, declaration and meeting notes together in one place so I don't have to hunt them down and put them together when it's meeting time. UniKeep is an extremely useful product with unlimited uses.

I use my binders to separate pics of my breeding hens as well and to keep track of my new hatches. I keep info on the breeds that I really love and want to keep for the future and organize them as well into subjects.

How does UniKeep keep me organized? As a counselor for high school seniors, there is a flood of paperwork each year. I use UniKeep binders to organize and hold my senior newsletters, student transcripts, scholarships, and other items of interest and benefit for my students in a large, urban school setting. My UniKeep binders keep paperwork safe, organized, and easy to find at a moment's notice as I assist hundreds of seniors with thousands of questions!

I have a retail shop, and now I’m trying to incorporate UniKeep by keeping my invoices from each manufacturer that I buy in one binder (each manufacturer one binder).

We own our own pizza restaurant and these binders are great to sort out your receipts to make it easier to store them and also make tax time much more efficient.

UniKeep keeps me organized by using it for storage of the Last Election Campaign. Everything that was memorabilia was put in there. Of course this included a Pullover shirt. That is facing the front ,so ,I know what is in it. Thanks UniKeep for such a good product.

Although I use UniKeep binders for my job and to keep my IAAP records, the best use is at home. My sister has multiple sclerosis and spends most of her time in a chair or wheelchair. She loves to craft and makes quilts and cloth dolls.
She uses the UniKeep binders to keep all the small pieces of her patterns and quilts in place. If she is working on a project and drops a piece on the floor she isn't able to pick it up. If she drops the binder, nothing slips out as it would with a conventional binder -- with the UniKeep binder, all the small items can be kept in place.
Thanks!

These binders are fantastic! The website is fantastic too! I plan on ordering a lot of these binders,... I've already had people ask me where I got the binders, and so far, I've only seen them at staples. I'm an organizational fiend, so people are constantly asking me to help them get their office organized, and these binders are ideal for just about every office I've organized. Thanks so much for all your help, and best of luck! Thank goodness someone came up for a smart solution for binders!

1. I am guessing we would be willing to pay up to $50 for one 11x17 UniKeep View Case binder. We would only need the empty binder as we would customize the insert ourselves.
2. I would not personally use many annually (maybe 5 or so), but could see greater use applications from our national sales team (assuming they like the idea).
3. For presentation/sales purposes. I think you are really missing the boat on not offering the UniKeep view binder in larger sizes and marketing to the sales industry. This product would enable us to print a customized sales presentation for a prospective client and package it in the UniKeep View Case binder so that it looks like a custom sales presentation, just for that particular client. Today, however, I am looking for just ONE BINDER as part of a contest submission. We are making a "coffee table" book illustrating (with oversized photos) the history of the development of one of our new restaurants here at University of Florida. We are required to submit the information in "binder" format but the binder itself can be as large as 18"x 28" (not that there are any binders out there that size). Nonetheless, we were planning on going with an 11x17 format or perhaps a 12x18 format.... & packaging it the coolest looking binder we could find. As it happened, today I got something from a company called Stockbyte which uses your UniKeep view case for CD's. I thought it was so cool, so looked inside and outside of the box, hoping that maybe the company who made this CD case, also made binders. I found the company name on the inside of the case & looked you up online. WAS VERY EXCITED TO SEE YOU MADE BINDERS...but disappointed to see you only made the standard size. The standard size would not allow us to make the kind of "grand" impression we need to make for this contest or for any of our sales proposals nationwide.
4. So if you have a prototype oversized binder hanging around the office that you'd like to send my way, I'd certainly appreciate it! :) Otherwise, I'll probably just get a custom made binder somewhere that will cost 10 times as much as be 1/2 as cool as yours! Really....I'd target the sales and/or presentation industries as your target market for these things, not office workers. This is a cool high-end presentation box...so don't wait until someone else steals the idea from you & makes their own version of it. I've spent the last hour on the internet searching for something similar. So far, no luck. Hope my comments are helpful! Great, unique product!!!

Here are the top 5 reasons why ZeePage Web Design & Advertising uses UniKeep binders:
1) They sit and stack neatly on our shelves because of their symmetrical shape -- not so with traditional binders.
2) Loose papers don't fall out. If we don't have time to sort our paperwork we can still secure it by category in a UniKeep binder.
3) It's easy to find frequently used information in UniKeep binders by the phone, rather than hidden in file drawers.
4) They hold print collateral in non-standard sizes.
5) They help us make an attractive, upscale client proposal package. Upon receiving our proposal recently, a client spontaneously exclaimed, "Ooh, how pretty!"
Have a great day!

In the manufacturing facility where I work, different elements of project packets were being spread to the four winds and parts of them where being misplaced. I’d used UniKeep at home so I brought some to work. At first, everyone was skeptical about using them and I had to “promote them” to several individuals. Now they love ‘em! I use color on the outside to denote 5 different types of packets. Everything stays together including papers, folders and label packets. Now if you could just put some kind of tracking beacon in a UniKeep binder so I could find them to reuse them! We keep having to buy more as they seem to mysteriously disappear!

I work for 3 Vice Presidents. I use your 1 inch binders for the work for each VP. I have one binder for "to do," one for "copying" and one for "filing." My desk now looks much more organized and I can grab the binder I need quickly.

I am a textile artist. I have a stash of unusual buttons, small embellishments, and fabric motifs (that I have backed with fusible web and cutout). I keep these items in the pockets of trading card sheets & document protectors in notebooks. This is an easy way to sort them and to quickly flip through the collections to see what items I may want to use in my art.

UniKeep is a career advantage!! I use my one-inch UniKeep Binder is to display my Skills Portfolio, which includes my resume, accomplishments, letters of recommendation, etc. The UniKeep Binder is more professional than a "regular" 3-Ring Binder and helps me present a more professional image. Thank you for your product!

I am a photographer and I like using them for my customer filing. I can put my client's negatives, proofs and any other information that I need for them. It is a convenient and very organized way to keep up with my clients.

As a co-owner of a not for profit home business the UniKeep binders come in very handy. During the late Winter and early Spring I carry a UniKeep binder with me all the time to collect the bits and pieces of papers from various sources that contain information that will be needed for billing, updating information on different leagues, clients, etc. As the season progresses the binder becomes a carrying case for all the payroll and different information that will need disbursing to our team members. Without my UniKeep binder, I would be lost (or looking for many pieces of paper) By the end of the summer season I am able to pull all those bites and pieces together, label and file them away for use should there be a need for them.

I am the secretary for our volunteer organization of Emergency Management in our community. My idea for organizations who could use your binders would be to create and insert a map of the county and the community/town/city etc. whatever fits for that organization. I do a lot of paperwork and the binder I have from you is very helpful in keeping personnel information crisp and neat. I spend many of personnel dollars getting maps printed for various adjacent towns/boroughs/and communities so that if we need to respond to an area we could use the map immediately without scampering around to find the correct one. We are somewhat new at this but with the high level of terrorist threats we need to be as ready as we can to assist in all disaster whether be human or natural.

I am a real estate agent and I use Unikeep for everything! It's an invaluable tool for keeping myself organized in the office and at home. But my favorite use is for my clients. I give each buyer an extreme binder. The first part I fill with information about each step in the buying process. The second part is where they keep information and notes about all the homes they are interested in. Once they are contracted with a specific house, this is where all the information and documents about that house goes. The final part is used to organize and store all their mortgage information. I also bring an extreme binder for sellers to each listing presentation. I take a picture of their house and put it on the cover! The first part is the presentation itself and my marketing proposal. The second part is information about the steps involved in buying and selling. The third part gets filled with contracts, offers, and all necessary paper work for the house. If they are also buyers, they get the largest extreme binder and the final two parts are used for information on the homes/home they are interested in and all their mortgage information. My clients LOVE having absolutely everything in one handy binder and I love having happy clients!
