Ordering is easy at UniKeep. All of our archive safe, 100% polypropylene products are available online. If you experience problems with the order process, please email us at customerservice@unikeep.com or call 800/ 829.8117.
Making a purchase
Browse through our products, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We only accept payment by credit card. We CANNOT accept cash or COD orders online. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover and we do not charge your credit card for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
Browse our online catalog to view product information. For items that you wish to purchase, click "add to cart" to put them into the shopping cart. You may view the contents of your shopping cart at any time.
After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that are needed to complete your order. All prices are in US dollars.
Shipping & handling
UniKeep uses UPS for shipping. Shipping charges are calculated directly with UPS at actual published UPS shipping rates and are based on weight, not the amount of purchase. Expedited delivery is available for an additional charge and will be calculated accordingly. Orders shipped outside of the United States and Canada must email or call for a shipping quote, this includes Guam, Puerto Rico, APO and FPO. Please email us at customerservice@unikeep.com. Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Delivery schedule
For standard delivery, please allow up to 2 weeks for standard in-stock orders to be processed and delivered. Most orders ship within three business days. Next day and second day service does not guarantee that the order will be delivered next day or second day, only that the order will be shipped via this method. Orders requesting expedited service that are received before 12:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, E.S.T. are typically shipped the same day. Our preferred carrier is UPS for ground, expedited and international service. We reserve the right to substitute carriers as required to guarantee delivery.
Back orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax charges
Orders shipped to the state of Ohio are subject to state sales tax. All other orders are not taxed.
Credit card security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Return policy
UniKeep has a 30-day return policy for all online orders except for items noted as closeouts. Items may be returned at customer's expense and will only be accepted if product is received in original condition. Returns will only be accepted with an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by UniKeep and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please contact Customer Service at 800 829-8117 to obtain an RMA. Shipping and handling costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Privacy policy
UniKeep does not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Credit card information is not retained in the cookies or on our web site. Please review the complete Privacy Policy.
