FUNCTION - UniKeep Case Binders and View Case Binders do all of the things that regular binders do - and they do so MORE! UniKeep binders are fully enclosed so you can keep anything inside - even small items like pens and clips. And our binders are durable and archival safe so what you put inside is always protected.
FORM - Our binders are stackable, so they store efficiently no matter where you put them - horizontally or vertically. And our binders always fit your style, whether you choose sleek, colorful or a fully customized cover that you design yourself.
ENVIRONMENTALLY-FRIENDLY - Only UniKeep Case Binders and View Case Binders offer a functional document management product that is constructed entirely from polypropylene. This makes our products curbside recyclable in virtually every country in the world. Furthermore, this unique construction require up to 41 percent fewer raw materials to produce.
Archival-safe means that UniKeep products can safely store important documents and photos without producing harmful chemical reactions that can damage the documents. Vinyl and acidic paper products are not archival-safe.
Photographic Activity Tests (PAT) were conducted by an independent laboratory which confirmed that UniKeep binders and their overlays are safe for archival storage.
The sheet capacity varies with the thickness of each sheet, but the following capacities can be used as a reference: 0.5 Case Binder holds 65 sheets, 1.0 holds 165 sheets, and 1.5 holds 270 sheets.
You may also find that your overall storage capacity is significantly greater with UniKeep products since the UniKeep case is more compact than a traditional binder design. For example, a traditional 1.5 inch binder requires 2 inches of linear shelf space to store its capacity, while a UniKeep 1.5 Case Binder requires only 1.5 inches of linear shelf space.
The ONLY difference is that the UniKeep View Case Binder features a full wrap cover overlay for insertion of a customized cover.

EnvyPak Questions
The key to a successful mailing campaign is to get a good response rate. Getting the recipient’s attention is the first step to getting a response. EnvyPaks, by design, are made to enhance the contents and compel the customer to open the envelope.
Yes, they are made of USPS approved materials.
Polypropylene (#5) is 100% recyclable but is dependent on townships that recycle that material. Utilize Earth911, this website will guide you to a recycling center near you.
Bio-poly is recognized as a #5 plastic and is also recyclable. The percentage of bio-additive is too small to affect the recycle stream.
Our bio-poly is made with an additive called EcoPure, by Bio-Tec, which is proven to accelerate the degradation of the material it is added to. It is tested according to the industry-recognized standard – ASTM D5511. For an exhaustive FAQ regarding this, we encourage you to visit Bio-Tec’s website: www.bio-tec.com.
Solvent-based inks, UV ink, laser imprinting will all work. Water-based inks will not.
Permanent tape, resealable tape, wafer seals and Velcro are all options that can be used.
A maximum of 7 colors in total can be printed which can be divided up however the customer needs to. Please know that the number also includes white back-ups and coatings, if necessary.
Yes, any color ink can be used, from straight PMS (Pantone Matching System) colors to custom matches.
EnvyPaks are manufactured using a process that was developed by Univenture which is called “Dark Weld”. This technology is proprietary and is what makes our product unique and superior.
EnvyPaks are printed flexographically using UV inks and coatings exclusively.
Our envelopes are auto-insertable in a number of sizes and material thicknesses. While not brand specific, our customers have had success on numerous types from Pitney-Bowes and Bowe Bell & Howell and more. Sample kits are available to send out and test as needed.
Yes, custom shapes can be created with the appropriate tooling.
The largest EnvyPak that we can currently make is a 22 x 15 inches (with a smaller flap) and the smallest we can make is a 2 x 3 inches. Please note that specific designs for specific applications may alter those limits.
Ultimately, it depends on the application, but EnvyPaks have been made from 2.0 mil to 6.0 mil thickness materials.
Again, it depends on the application. Typically, a mailer is made from PP or bio-PP but that material can also be a white/clear combination. An EnvyPak can also be a paper/clear combination as well. (We use a specially formulated paper for our process) Other specialty pieces such as bind-ins can use SBS board, PLA and PET as well as PP.
You can expect to pay more for a poly envelope but the comparison isn’t 1:1. The application, the impression and the response rate give the EnvyPak an increased added value.
The exact postage is dependent on the method of mailing as well as the contents. There will be a surcharge which makes mailing it more due to the way it is defined by the USPS. We encourage our customers to contact their local post office to get specific rates.

Polypropylene is 100% recyclable. Polypropylene is a thermoplastic polymer, used in a variety of products. When used in our sleeve applications, polypropylene is forty percent lighter in weight than comparable sleeves. This allows for substantially lower shipping cost. Polypropylene is also resistant to chemical attack, offers a wider temperature range and a choice material used for long-term archival needs.
This sustainable clear plastic is an environmentally friendly, annually renewable film produced from plants that presents a viable alternative to traditional petroleum-based materials. Bags, sleeves and pockets can be made from PLA film.
Biodegradable polypropylene with EBD (enhanced bio decomposition) is biodegradable in aerobic and anaerobic conditions without resulting in toxic residue. Biodegradable polypropylene products maintain the clarity, durability and performance characteristics of our 100% recyclable polypropylene products, including critical COF and blocking characteristics of USPS-T3204 polywrap specifications.
Sustainable packaging is the development and use of packaging which results in improved sustainability. It involves increased use of life cycle inventory and life cycle assessment to help guide the use of packaging, which reduces the environmental impact and ecological footprint. The goals are to improve the long-term viability and quality of life for humans and the longevity of natural ecosystems.
