Ross Youngs invented the UniKeep™ Case Binder based on his education to environmental conservation and rich background in environmental science and industrial engineering. Since the introduction of the UniKeep™ Case Binder, Youngs has been awarded two U.S. and 35 foreign patents, with additional U.S. and foreign patents pending. Ross is CEO of Univenture, Inc. the company originally responsible for the UniKeep innovation.
Youngs has earned a number of awards including the U.S. Small Business Administration's "Business Person of the Year" (1988) and Ernst & Young's Ohio Manufacturing Entrepreneur of the Year Award (1997). In addition, Youngs led Univenture, Inc. into the Inc. 500 list of "Fastest Growing Private U.S. Companies" for 5 straight years.
Karen Sullivan

Karen Sullivan has been integral to the UniKeep marketing effort since the product's invention. Most recently Marketing Manager at Univenture, Karen leads UniKeep marketing and product management with over 20 years of experience in retail, marketing, communication design, and brand management with Univenture, Inc., Champion International Corporation, the Greater Hamilton Special Improvement District, and Sullivan Solutions LLC. She has a BS in Design from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from Purdue University's Krannert School of Management.
Chad Hummell
Manager / Government Sales
For over 15 years, Chad has provided products and services to government agencies in capacities of Director, Sales Manager and Plant Manager. Prior to joining UniKeep, Chad was Procurement Counselor and the Director of the SWCO PTAC (Procurement Technical Assistance Centers). He also worked for Champion Industries, served as the start-up agent and then senior manager for specialty machine shop acquisition, American Babbitt Bearing, where he gained contracts with the TVA, New York Power Authority, The US Navy and the US Army Corps of Engineers where sales grew an average of 20% per year over an eight-year period.
